After re-entering my KuCoin account and successfully completing identity verification, I noticed that my account balance shows as zero. The cryptocurrencies I had purchased are completely missing.

I attempted to contact customer support for assistance, but the lack of language support made communication nearly impossible. This is extremely frustrating, as I cannot access my funds or any of the assets I purchased through KuCoin.

I demand immediate resolution of this issue. My funds need to be restored, and KuCoin must provide better customer support, including adequate language assistance. This kind of service is unacceptable for a platform managing people’s investments. I urge KuCoin to address this matter promptly.
