For the past month, I’ve been trying to complete a transfer on KuCoin, but the platform keeps blocking me due to SMS verification issues. Every time I enter my SMS code, I get an error. I’ve double-checked everything—the code is correct, but the system still won’t let me proceed.
To make matters worse, I’ve also been trying to disable the call verification feature, but I’ve had no success. KuCoin keeps calling me with a code in English, and even when I enter the numbers exactly as given, I still receive an error every time.
This has made transferring funds impossible, and support has been unhelpful throughout the process. I’ve spent a month dealing with this and have gotten nowhere.
KuCoin, please take this seriously and resolve the SMS verification bug immediately. I need access to my funds and account functions without jumping through broken security loops. This has gone on long enough.
