I Face Kotex Ultra Night Pad Box Containing Daily Pads Instead

Yesterday, I purchased a Kotex Ultra Night Pads package from Migros, but when I opened it, I was surprised to find daily liners inside instead of night pads. The product label and the actual contents did not match, which left me quite confused and disappointed.

I have not yet contacted Migros or Kotex customer service about this issue, but I wanted to report it to ensure the brand is aware of such packaging and quality-control errors. I kindly request Kotex to review its production and packaging process carefully so that similar mix-ups do not happen again to other customers.

This experience was unexpected from a well-known brand like Kotex, and I hope the company takes immediate action to prevent such mistakes in the future.
