I Face a Manufacturing Defect in Kotex Pad That Came Out Half Missing

I opened a Kotex pad and was shocked to find that it was literally half missing — not folded, bent, or damaged, but half of the pad was simply not there. I have been a loyal Kotex user for years, and I’ve never experienced anything like this before.

What makes it worse is that I’m currently staying in a KYK dormitory, where things are already quite stressful this term, and facing such an issue during a sensitive time made it even harder for me. I reported the issue, but unfortunately, my complaint was completely ignored.

This experience has deeply disappointed me. I expect Kotex to investigate this production issue, issue an apology, and replace the defective product. As a long-time customer, I trusted Kotex for quality and reliability — I hope this matter will be taken seriously and handled responsibly.
