I Face Packaging Defect in Kotex Night Pads — Requesting Product Replacement

I recently purchased a Kotex Night sanitary pad pack from the Watsons online store, and I encountered a serious issue with one of the pads. When I opened the package, half of the pad was stuck to the adhesive side, making it impossible to use properly.

This has never happened to me before, and the problem occurred only in this particular pack. I have the invoice and proof of purchase for my order. I’ve been a regular Kotex user for years, and this is the first time I’ve experienced a defect like this.

I kindly request a replacement for the defective product and an explanation for the quality issue. I hope Kotex takes this matter seriously and ensures such packaging or production problems do not happen again.
