I Face Quality Issues With Kotex Daily Pads — Torn and Unusable Product

I purchased a Kotex Daily Pad from Migros, and when I opened the product, the adhesive section in the middle tore apart, causing the cotton inside to come out. Because of this, the pad became completely unusable. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue with Kotex products.

The following production details are printed on the package: 07.06.2025 CZ42 B14:13:48.

I am disappointed by this quality issue and request that Kotex replace the defective product or provide a suitable solution. I hope the company investigates the cause of this defect to prevent similar incidents in the future.
