I Face a Contaminated Kotex Pad That Appeared Stained From the Inside

On March 31, 2025, I purchased a Kotex pad from Migrosjet Market at Kıyı İstanbul, Büyükçekmece, and what I found was truly shocking. The pad looked as if it had a blood-like stain that had soaked all the way through the inner layer — something that should never happen with a sealed hygiene product.

Since I was in a hurry, I used the first pad without realizing it, but when I got home and checked the package, I was horrified to see the condition of the product. This is an extremely serious hygiene and health concern, and I can’t understand how a product in this state could ever pass quality control.

If I get sick because of this, Kotex will be responsible. I demand a full investigation, a formal apology, and the immediate recall or replacement of the contaminated product. This is absolutely unacceptable for a brand that claims to prioritize women’s health and safety.
