I Face Kotex Long Daily Pads Tearing and Falling Apart During Use

I have been using Kotex Long Daily Pads regularly for about a year. However, during this time, I have consistently encountered the same problem in every single package — the pads tear and fall apart when removing them from my underwear. This issue not only causes discomfort during use but also makes me lose confidence in the product’s overall quality.

I usually purchase the product from Gratis stores, and I have not yet contacted Kotex customer service regarding this matter. Still, I believe this recurring issue deserves proper investigation and strict quality-control checks on the production line.
