Kompanion Charged My Card Without My Consent Despite No Active Subscription

I downloaded the Kompanion app a few months ago to see if it would be useful, but I quickly realized it wasn’t a good fit for me. I did not sign up for a paid membership, and I even deleted the app from my phone. Despite that, on April 30, 2025, my card was charged without my authorization.

This is completely unacceptable. I do not have an active subscription, and I never approved this payment. Taking money from users who have uninstalled the app and never agreed to pay is not just unethical—it’s theft.

I am demanding a full refund of the unauthorized amount that was withdrawn from my account. Kompanion must stop charging users without consent and take responsibility for this issue immediately. I expect a prompt response and my money returned without further delay.
