Kompanion Kept Charging Me for Over a Year Without a Subscription

I have never subscribed to Kompanion through my Google account, yet for over a year now, the app has been withdrawing money from my bank account at regular intervals. When I checked the “Subscriptions” section on Google, there was no active Kompanion membership listed—proving that I’m not even a member. Despite that, I’ve continued being charged for a service I never signed up for, used, or authorized.

It is outrageous that a company can keep deducting money from users who clearly haven’t subscribed to or accessed the service. I demand a full refund for all unauthorized charges made to my account over this time. I also want Kompanion to immediately stop billing me going forward.

If my complaint is not addressed promptly and fairly, I will have no choice but to initiate legal proceedings to recover the unlawfully charged amounts. This situation is unacceptable, and I expect immediate resolution.
