Today, I was shocked to see that Kompanion charged my credit card without any permission or warning. I don’t even use this app. At some point in the past, I downloaded it briefly out of curiosity, but I didn’t subscribe, and I certainly never used it enough to justify a payment. I deleted it shortly after installing it and completely forgot about it.
So why am I being charged now? I never approved any payment, and this charge is completely unjustified. I demand a full refund immediately. It's unacceptable that an app I don’t use or benefit from is allowed to withdraw money from my account.
Kompanion, please fix this and refund my money as soon as possible.
