I downloaded the Kompanion app a few months ago to give it a try, but quickly realized it wasn’t the right fit for me. I never signed up for a paid subscription, and I even deleted the app from my phone shortly after installing it. That’s why I was shocked to see a charge on my card on 09.05.2025.
I did not authorize any payment, and I do not have an active subscription. This charge was made without my consent and is completely unacceptable. If I didn’t use the service, and I didn’t agree to a subscription, how can you justify charging my card?
I am requesting an immediate refund of the unauthorized payment. Kompanion must stop charging users without permission and implement a clearer cancellation process. I expect this issue to be resolved urgently.
