I signed up through Kodland’s Instagram ads for free trial lessons in both English and Math for my daughter. However, on the scheduled days and times, no notification or link was sent for the English lesson. For the Math lesson, I did receive a link, but when I joined via Zoom, no one else was in the session, and the lesson never started. My daughter and I waited in front of the computer for half an hour, which turned out to be a complete waste of time.
I tried to reach Kodland through their WhatsApp support number, ***0 212 900 35 89, but received no response at all.
Because of this negative experience with Kodland’s so-called free trial classes, I have lost trust in the platform. I am not requesting any refund or rescheduling — I am only sharing this so that other parents don’t face the same disappointment.
