On Friday, October 24, 2025, I was contacted by Kodland to attend a trial lesson. I was told that I must open the Zoom app 10 minutes before the class and wait, otherwise the session would be canceled. I followed the instructions and opened Zoom at the scheduled time, but waited for 45 minutes, and no one joined or contacted me.
During that time, I reported the issue through Kodland’s WhatsApp contact, but received no response. This was my first experience with the platform, and the lack of communication and professionalism caused a serious waste of time and disappointment.
I am requesting a formal apology for the inconvenience and that a new trial class be offered to make up for the missed session. I hope Kodland improves its customer communication to prevent similar issues for future students.
