Koctas Is Delaying My Return Shipping Code for a Week
I purchased two separate products from Koçtaş, with order numbers 1052358867 and 1051957303. I requested to return the products, including the installation service, and a return shipping code was supposed to be issued within 48 hours. However, it has been about 5 days, and I still haven’t received the return code. Despite calling Koctas numerous times, they only keep creating new requests without providing any real help. It feels like this large company is more interested in frustrating customers and pushing them to make in-store purchases rather than resolving issues. The huge cabinet has been waiting in my home for 5 days for a return code, and the kitchen sink I bought is also waiting. I am very dissatisfied with the service, and if this issue is not resolved soon, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board. Additionally, despite canceling the installation service, a scheduling appointment for installation was created without my permission. No one seems to be aware of what’s happening.
