My Order Never Arrived Despite Same Day Delivery Promise by Koçtaş

The tool I ordered from Koçtaş was supposed to be delivered on May 24 with the promise "at your door within 4 hours," but it never arrived. Even though the workplace was open, they falsely claimed in a message that the delivery couldn't be made because "the workplace was closed." The Çukurova office did not answer phone calls, and when I called the 850 number, they brushed me off by saying they could only forward the issue to the authorized personnel. Today, I received another message saying the package was on its way and would be delivered, yet it still hasn’t arrived. The Çukurova office continues to ignore calls, and I can't reach anyone responsible. After reading other complaints, I’m not surprised at all—this is clearly a terrible delivery company. It’s truly unbelievable that a reputable company like Koçtaş would choose to work with such a service provider.
