I bought a door handle from the Koçtaş app. When I saw that it was not suitable for my doors, I returned it a few days later and shipped it. The cargo reached the seller the next day, that is, on 06/07/2024. Then, two weeks passed, no sound from Koçtaş. I called, they said they received your request. A week passed. I called constantly, the same answer. It is now 07/28/2024, still no sound. Moreover, the customer representatives spoke to me in a derogatory manner and practically made fun of my complaint. I was victimized. I was victimized with the product that has been in the return process for exactly 22 days, and I am still being victimized. And not only did they never offer a solution, they also raised their voices and talked to me. I have many complaints about Koçtaş customer representatives and Koçtaş!
