Koçtaş Delivered a Defective Trundle Bunk Bed That Smelled Like Chemicals

I encountered a situation that does not suit the reputation of Koçtaş, and I was honestly surprised. I had ordered a bunk bed with trundle under order number 1057281264, but I wish I hadn’t. I visited the Yenibosna Koçtaş store and saw a floor model from the manufacturer "Zerkaconcept," which looked original and high-quality, so I placed my order based on that. However, the product delivered to my home was defective and made of poor-quality materials. I was out of town, and when I returned and saw it, I was shocked. The chemical smell was so intense that we couldn't enter the room, it made our eyes water, and even now the odor still hasn't left. When I contacted customer service to report my complaints, I was told they would follow up immediately. Zerkaconcept called me and admitted there was a defect in the chipboards and offered to replace them. But I clearly understand that such a defect would be known before leaving the workshop. If I hadn’t complained, this faulty item would’ve stayed in my home, risking our health. My children's well-being is at stake. I informed Koçtaş, but they said they couldn’t take back an assembled product. I emphasized that it’s not about disliking the product but that it’s defective, low quality, and smells toxic—yet it's been a month and a half with no resolution. Even today, they said they would speak with the supplier. I told them the product installed in my home is not the same quality as the display model, and I no longer trust Zerkaconcept. Despite this, all I hear is “we’ll get back to you,” which is infuriating. Koçtaş continues to turn a blind eye to this situation. I strongly warn others not to trust Koçtaş or Zerkaconcept—they are dishonest and unreliable.
