Koçtaş Sent Me the Wrong Kitchen Cabinet Countertop and Refused to Fix Their Mistake


I bought a kitchen cabinet from Koçtaş Ordu store. Since it was not available in the store, they ordered from the system and said it would be delivered to my address. The countertop of the cabinet I ordered is cream colored. The countertop sent to me is in the shape of brown chipboard furniture. Then, when I called Koçtaş customer service, they told me to send me a photo of the product. I bought the cabinet for a house that I use as a summer house, so I couldn't send it right away because I didn't go home. When I went home and sent a photo, they told me that we could provide service within 2 years and that they could not do anything because 2 years had passed. Yes, I could not send the photo within 2 years, and I explained the reason for this: I did not send it arbitrarily late. Koçtaş is avoiding finding a solution by hiding behind my late posting. Also, the fact that I have not sent a photo in 2 years does not mean that Koçtaş did not send me the wrong product or made a mistake. And even though they made this mistake and sent the wrong product, they did not take any action, using the excuse that I sent photos late, instead of correcting their mistake. I was forced to use a product I did not purchase. I was extremely victimized. I am also attaching a photo of the product I purchased that was sent to me. Never shop from Koçtaş.
