No Response from D&R Customer Service Regarding Defective Kobo E-Reader
I’m reopening my case because I’ve received no response from D&R customer service. I purchased a Kobo e-reader from the D&R store at Istanbul Airport's international terminal, but the device didn’t turn on. Unfortunately, since my flight was departing, I didn’t have the chance to return it to the store. The next morning, I tried reaching out to the store, but there was no contact channel. After finally reaching your main office, I was told to send the device to them. Now, it’s been 3 months, and despite numerous calls and emails, there has been no resolution or response from your customer experience team.
The device is brand new, and the protective film is still on it. It's highly disappointing that after three months of investigation, there’s been no update, and customer service has completely failed to address my issue. I urgently request that my problem be resolved immediately.
