Kıyafet Sepeti Denies Dress Refund for Improper Fit

I bought a fancy dress from the Kıyafet Sepeti website on April 7, 2024. The package arrived on April 15, 2024. However, because the back was not visible in the photos, I didn't expect it to be so revealing. When I tried the dress on, it barely covered my back. I returned it the very next day, but to my disappointment, there was no refund and no information given. I misplaced the dress and the money. They said that custom-designed items cannot be returned, but this is not acceptable according to consumer rights. Shopping under these conditions is undesirable for everyone.
