I Want a Full Refund for My Kiyafet Sepeti Order They Shipped Without Consent

On March 21, 2025, I tried to buy a dress from Kıyafet Sepeti via their website, which redirected me to their WhatsApp line for purchases. After communicating with a sales rep, I placed the order. On the same day, I learned their policies do not allow refunds—only exchanges for size or model. Even then, any price difference would be refunded not to my card, but as store credit.

As soon as I found this out, I immediately contacted them via both WhatsApp and email to cancel the order before it was shipped. I was told that only the sales department was active and that my cancellation would not be processed. I followed up repeatedly, even over the weekend, but was ignored.

Despite my early cancellation request, they shipped the order on March 24. I refused delivery and the courier returned the package. However, Kıyafet Sepeti refused to accept the return, and I was forced to pay for shipping again out of pocket to send it back.

Now they claim I can only receive a store credit, not a refund. I never opened the package, never wore the item, and never agreed to their one-sided policies. Under consumer law, I have the right to cancel online purchases within 14 days, yet they violated this and forcibly completed the transaction.
