I Still Haven’t Received My Refund for a Canceled Dress Order from Kıyafet Sepeti
I ordered an evening dress from a seller called Kıyafet Sepeti, but they canceled the order themselves because the item wasn’t in stock. That was in August 2024, and to this day I haven’t received a refund.
I’ve contacted them multiple times since then, and each time they come up with new excuses or simply try to stall me. After months of being misled, I filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee, which thankfully ruled in my favor. However, even with a legal decision backing my claim, Kıyafet Sepeti still hasn’t returned my money.
They continue to delay the process intentionally, ignoring the official ruling and showing absolutely no regard for customer rights or legal compliance. This is not only unethical but unlawful. I demand that Kıyafet Sepeti immediately process my refund and comply with the consumer protection ruling.
