Against all expectations and despite the store's responses being anything but "we have shipped your order", the dress magically arrived today with UPS courier and I had to pay €20 in customs. I don't know why they didn't inform me about the shipment, in fact the customer service was telling me that due to a stock error, my item was not available in the warehouse and that I could replace it. Then when I had already lost hope, here it is in my hands. I'm happy even though I had to struggle for 3 weeks. I rate it 3 stars only because they were not precise in the information, but the dress is perfect as in the photo.
