Mango Order and Product Receipt Problems
My order with the code DU29E4 was unexpectedly returned within 15 days, without any explanation, even though the product is still in stock, and this happened without my request and before the item was shipped from the warehouse (before handing it over to the courier service). Furthermore, they processed the return on a Sunday, with the shipping date set to Saturday evening. The refund was processed instantly. Unfortunately, they weren't as prompt with sending the item. The product I purchased at a discount (but never actually received) is now being sold at double the price. Regarding why I didn't receive the item, I received the response, "After delivery issues, the package was returned to us." 1) Firstly, delivery issues are not my concern as a customer. I demand the shipment of the item at the same price. 2) Dealing with this company is a complete mistake. 3) Resending the package wouldn't be as difficult as they are making it seem.
