Furthermore, they processed the return on a Sunday, with the shipping date set to Saturday evening. The refund was processed instantly. Unfortunately, they weren't as prompt with sending the item. The product I purchased at a discount (but never actually received) is now being sold at double the price. Regarding why I didn't receive the item, I received the response, "After delivery issues, the package was returned to us." 1) Firstly, delivery issues are not my concern as a customer.
