UPS Lost My Return Dress and I Have Been Waiting Since March for a Solution
I have contacted you multiple times and have been kept waiting for months with various excuses, despite reaching out every week. All conversations are saved on WhatsApp. I am truly in a difficult situation. Initially, I sent the dress for return through fast shipping at the post office, but it was not picked up and was returned to me. I contacted you again, and you told me I had to send it via UPS Turkey. I paid €55 for shipping a second time and sent the dress again via UPS Turkey, but it never reached you. I followed up every week and was kept waiting for months. Then came a series of excuses. First, you claimed documents were missing and that I needed to send them because the dress was with the shipping company. Later, you informed me that I was not the only one facing this issue and that many customers' dresses had not reached you. Finally, you said UPS destroyed the shipments. Instead of all these drawn-out excuses, even if you couldn’t refund my money, you could have at least offered an exchange. I genuinely do not know what more I can do. I also work in a bridal company and have been receiving and sending orders worldwide through UPS Turkey for six years without any problems. Yet somehow, nothing ever reaches you. I have been dealing with this issue since March and am once again requesting a resolution to my problem.
