Kiwi.com Compensation Request For Delayed Flight

I am filing a complaint regarding my Norwegian flights between Krakow and Copenhagen, which were severely disrupted due to cancellations and resulted in a total delay of approximately 38 hours. The booking reference for this trip is 703 901 077. The affected flights were from Krakow to Copenhagen on 04.12.2025 and from Copenhagen to Krakow on 07.12.2025. Because of these cancellations, my travel plans were heavily impacted, and I arrived much later than scheduled. Norwegian provided a hotel, but the overall delay and disruption were still substantial and caused significant inconvenience. In line with the applicable passenger rights regulations, I am requesting financial compensation from Norwegian for these cancellations and the resulting 38‑hour delay. I kindly ask that my case be reviewed and that the appropriate compensation be paid to me as soon as possible.
