Pegasus Flight PC251 Cancellation and Delays – Compensation Request Denied Unfairly

I submitted a request (reference number: 11704519) via Pegasus’s live support regarding the cancellation of my January 4, 2025, flight PC251. After 12 days, on January 17, 2025, I received an email stating my compensation request was denied with a simple apology for the inconvenience.
The situation was disastrous. I arrived at Tuzla Airport and was initially informed the flight would proceed after rotor repairs. Later, an announcement stated the plane had landed at another airport to refuel and would soon arrive at Tuzla. After two hours of waiting and snacks being distributed, we were finally told the flight was canceled for unspecified reasons. I had to stay overnight, and the flight was rescheduled for January 5, 2025, as PC7251, which also departed late, at 3:45 PM instead of 2:55 PM.
This disruption caused me to miss an important meeting and a family member’s surgery. The financial and emotional impact was significant. Despite my rights as a passenger, Pegasus denied compensation. I have since escalated my complaint to the General Directorate of Civil Aviation (reference number: 25017054173).
I demand that Pegasus reviews this case, acknowledges the inconvenience caused, and provides the appropriate compensation promptly.
