1win Has Kept My PKR 10,700 JazzCash Withdrawal Pending for Days

I am submitting this complaint against 1win due to an unjustified delay and apparent blocking of my withdrawal and support access. On 1 June 2026, I initiated a legitimate withdrawal request of PKR 10,700 from my 1win account via JazzCash. Since the moment I placed this request, the withdrawal status has remained stuck on “Pending” and has not progressed at all. According to 1win’s own stated terms, delays with local payment systems should not exceed 24–48 hours. It has now been about 5 days since my request, and the funds have still not been credited to my JazzCash account, with no clear reason or explanation provided. Before this, I had already made three withdrawal attempts: the first was cancelled, the second was processed successfully, and now this third withdrawal has been pending for days without resolution. I have not made any changes to my 1win account information or JazzCash details that could justify such a delay. In addition to the frozen withdrawal, I am effectively blocked from getting proper support. When I try to contact 1win via the in‑app live chat support, the chat screen either keeps loading indefinitely or closes automatically, which prevents me from reaching any human support agent. I also officially emailed my dispute and attached full transaction receipts to their security department under Ticket/Reference: SPP-441736, but I have not received any response. I have complete and genuine digital proof of this transaction, including the 10‑digit tracking details and specific gateway information. I consider it unacceptable that my hard‑earned money is being held in this way. I request that 1win immediately audit my account, unblock my access to support channels, and urgently process and release my pending PKR 10,700 JazzCash withdrawal without any further delay.
