Kiwi KVC 4040 Vacuum Not Charging Warranty - Service Failed To Fix Issue
The Kiwi KVC 4040 vacuum cleaner I purchased has a recurring issue where it doesn’t charge. This problem keeps happening, and even though I sent the device for warranty repair twice, it was returned to me without any improvement. The warranty service provided no explanation, and the issue remains unresolved. I haven’t been able to use the product properly for about 8–9 months. Despite being under warranty, Kiwi customer service hasn't offered any solution or assistance. I request a full refund to resolve this issue and compensate for the inconvenience I’ve experienced.
