Kiwi KCC 4320 Carpet and Upholstery Washer Failed After Second Use
I bought the Kiwi KCC 4320 carpet and upholstery washer on October 26, 2023. I was really disappointed because the hose tore after only using it twice, so now I can't use the product at all. As a consumer, I want you to either fix my product or give me a refund. I picked Kiwi because I thought it was a trustworthy brand, but now I'm regretting my choice. Dear customer rep, can you please make up for my loss? I want either a new product or my money back if getting a replacement isn't possible. Thanks for helping me out.
