On March 14, 2024, I purchased a stand mixer from Chef and Co (model: 5KSM95PSECU-Kitchenaid 4.3 L Stand Mixer 95PS Contour Silver). The mixer malfunctioned after the fifth use. Since I had only used the machine five times, I requested a replacement with a new product. The technical service claimed that I had overused the product and instead of replacing it, they repaired the gear and sent it back. The broken gear was plastic, which raises concerns about quality. The machine, which I bought for ₺21,000, was opened and repaired, much to my dismay.
Despite using the product according to the user manual, I was accused of overusing it. The user manual lacks detailed information on speeds, products made, and mixer attachments used. While the machine was operating, its own bowl got stuck and cosmetic scratches appeared on the product. I was also met with sarcastic comments implying that I caused these issues.
I am dissatisfied with the poor quality and after-sales support, especially given the high price. Additionally, when they contacted me, they claimed the product was a year old. Communication was very poor.
