I have been using my KitchenAid Artisan stand mixer for about 20 days, which I purchased from Enplus for $1,040. From the very first minute of use, the mixer’s body begins to heat up quickly, and the longer it runs, the hotter it gets. In addition, on one occasion the mixer suddenly rotated in the opposite direction on its own. This issue repeats every time I use the product.
Because of these problems, I sent the mixer to the service center under warranty. However, I was told that the product was tested and that “no issue was found,” and that it would be returned to me. Considering that the mixer is practically brand new, experiencing defects like this and not receiving a solution has caused significant frustration.
I am requesting either a replacement or a full refund for the product. I kindly ask for a quick resolution to this issue.
