Kiko Milano Hydra Pro Complaint - No Glow, No Return!

During my visit to the Kiko Milano store, I inquired about a makeup base that could provide a delicate hue and a touch of sparkle. I requested a product that would provide a radiant effect, and they suggested Hydra Pro Glow. I purchased it without any hesitation, as I was pressed for time. However, upon opening and trying it, I discovered that the result it provided was akin to that of a subpar moisturizer. Why is it deemed acceptable for a product designed to enhance brightness to lack any shine? Ever since I gave it a shot, they have been unwilling to process a return. I was deceived into investing in a completely unnecessary product. Not delivering the promised features should definitely be a valid reason for a refund.
