I bought a Kiko lipstick and gloss about five months ago, and both products have already gone bad. The most recent gloss I purchased had a noticeably altered texture—it was thick, sticky, and unpleasant to apply. After just a few uses, it caused painful dryness and eventually cracked my lips. At first, I thought it might be a temporary reaction, but as I continued using it, the formula clearly worsened and started irritating my lips more severely.
Is a product supposed to expire in just five months? That’s completely unacceptable for a brand that charges premium prices. If you’re going to raise your prices, you should at least maintain the product quality. I’m deeply disappointed and expect a prompt response. A product that damages the skin, especially something as sensitive as lips, is a serious issue. Kiko, I urge you to either reformulate this gloss or improve your quality control—your customers deserve better.
