I recently purchased the Kiko Milano 17 lip gloss, and it’s only been about five days since I opened it. When I first applied it, I loved the color and scent—it seemed like a great product. But now, it has developed a terrible odor, and the color changes dramatically once applied to my lips. It fades into an unnatural, patchy tone that looks nothing like what I originally bought.
I’m honestly shocked that a gloss could go bad so quickly. I don’t know if it's expired or defective, but it’s unacceptable from a brand like Kiko. This was not a cheap gloss, and I expected quality for what I paid.
I demand a replacement or refund for this faulty product. Kiko should take responsibility and ensure proper quality control. I won't be buying again unless this issue is addressed.
