I recently purchased several beauty products from Kiko, a brand I trusted for quality and safety. However, when I received my order, I noticed that none of the items had protective safety seals. This immediately raised concerns about whether these products were new, or if they might have been testers or previously returned items.
For a brand as well-known as Kiko, I did not expect such an important detail to be overlooked. Protective seals are essential for hygiene and customer trust, and their absence left me feeling uncomfortable and uncertain about using the products.
This situation has caused emotional frustration, as I paid for what I believed to be brand-new, untouched products. I demand a clear explanation about the condition of the items I received and a confirmation that they are new and safe to use.
