My Clinique Order Never Arrived

I have paid a significant amount for four creams through the Clinique brand's own website. However, not a single cream has been delivered. The delivery was supposed to be through a courier service called 'Kolay Gelsin,' but the delivery has not arrived. I have been persistently struggling for days to receive my creams. I am faced with sarcastic questions daily, such as 'What was in your package? How many products were in it? Was it a cardboard box or a bag?' In addition, I am being delayed with every call, being told, 'It will be shipped today, it will be shipped tomorrow.' I have informed the responsible party that I believe my delivery is damaged or lost. How can a reputable brand like Clinique collaborate with such an unprofessional courier service and not track the delivery of their products? We trust you and buy your products, but the delivery never arrives. You cannot let customers down like this. I will escalate my complaint to all relevant authorities. Unfortunately, I do not plan to buy from this brand's website again because the ordered products are not delivered, and there is no tracking conducted!
