Kia Sold Me a Defective EV6 With Repainted Fender - Refuses to Replace It
On 02/04/2025, I bought a brand new model EV6 vehicle from Kia bzl dealer. When I took the vehicle to the expert, I was informed that the left fender of the vehicle had been processed and painted for the second time. The same information was confirmed by the Kia authorized service. Both the dealer and Çelik Motor were informed about the issue and it was requested that the vehicle be replaced without being processed due to the defective product. Although the authorized service confirmed that the vehicle was painted, they do not want to find a solution. Within the framework of this information, I explained the situation to the Kia call center and they are trying to cover up the situation without even examining it. Communication is not allowed outside the call center. They sold my vehicle, which was stated to have been painted by their own service, as defective and they still do not produce a solution. I cannot find anyone to contact regarding the issue. I am making a complaint and I want my grievance to be resolved.
Dear Kia officials, there is no response regarding the issue. When will we find someone to address it?
