2024 Kia Sportage Headlight Moisture Issue – Warranty Claim Denied

I own a 2024 Kia Sportage with 14,000 km, and I have been experiencing moisture buildup inside the headlights during rain, after car washes, and in cold weather. In my opinion, moisture forming inside the headlight of a relatively new vehicle with this mileage clearly indicates a manufacturing or sealing defect.
I took the vehicle to an authorized service center for inspection. I was told that this issue would not be covered under warranty unless there was enough water inside the headlight to “fill a glass,” and only under such extreme conditions would it qualify for warranty coverage. I find this explanation and criterion unacceptable for a new vehicle.
Moisture inside the headlight of a 2024 model car should be treated as a manufacturing defect, and I expect the headlights to be replaced under warranty without imposing such unreasonable conditions. I request that the necessary inspections be carried out and that the defective part be replaced under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Constant fog formed inside the vehicle's headlights, creating a safety risk and not being considered normal. I approached the authorized service, but the issue was not acknowledged; I am requesting a replacement. The brand's approach is very poor.
