At 7:56 p.m. on May 5, 2023, I placed an order with KFC, but it still hadn't been delivered after an hour. Even though I called their only number to reach them, 444-3-555, several times, I couldn't get through because the automated answering service only said "your order is ready." After being told that my order was on its way for 30 minutes, I finally gave up and went somewhere else to eat. Later, when I went to the KFC where my order was supposed to be delivered, they told me they couldn't do anything and suggested I call the main office. But I had already tried to get in touch with the main office and failed. Why did the branch take the order if they couldn't handle the delivery? I also got a message saying that my order had been sent, even though it hadn't. This was a stupid and unprofessional thing to do.
