KFC Order Delivery Delays

I placed an order with KFC on 21.08.2024 at 23:14:38, and my order was delivered by the courier on 22.08.2024 at 00:23. I refused to accept the products and sent them back. KFC's contact numbers are not available on their page, and when I reached a number, I received an announcement saying, 'Please enter your 6-digit order number.' Looking at the page and the email I received, KFCM9244230305 is not a 6-digit number. Someone please explain this to me. Unfortunately, the courier who delivered the order is also experiencing the same stress as us at this late hour. Their incompetence is causing inconvenience to both the employees and the customers who are paying for the service.
