Jalwa Game ₹2000 Deposit Not Credited - PhonePe Payment Failed

I made a deposit of 2,000 INR to my Jalwa Game in‑game wallet on 04/02/2026 using PhonePe. The transaction was successful on the PhonePe side, and the amount was deducted from my account, but the deposit has not been credited to my in‑game wallet balance. The PhonePe payment reference/transaction ID for this deposit is 246610130580. Despite the transaction showing as successful, my game balance has not increased, and I am unable to use the amount I have paid for. I have not received any meaningful response or solution from support so far. I request that my 2,000 INR either be immediately credited to my Jalwa Game in‑game wallet or, if this is not possible, refunded back to my PhonePe account based on the successful transaction record. I kindly ask you to review this transaction urgently and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
