I Paid for My KFC Order But Never Received It or Got Support
On August 28, 2024, I placed a food order through Migros Yemek from Antares-KFC. I waited for nearly 2 hours, but the order was never delivered. Then, without warning or confirmation, the system suddenly marked the order as “delivered”—even though nothing ever arrived.
I tried calling the KFC branch multiple times, but no one picked up. I also reached out to Migros Yemek, but they offered no assistance or follow-up. In fact, I was told there was no dedicated customer support for the food delivery section. All I got were unhelpful replies like, “We don’t have a food department to handle this” and “There’s nothing we can do.”
I paid for a meal that I never received and now no one is taking responsibility. This is completely unacceptable.
