Unable to Cancel KFC Order on Getir – Still Pending After Payment

Hello, I placed a KFC order at 19:33, and by 20:18, it is still stuck in "assigning" status. When I called your customer service, the system said the order was "ready," but the call was automatically disconnected. This level of service is unacceptable.

I want to cancel the order, but I’m unable to do so through the app. I urgently request the refund of the ₺768 I paid. Such a poor service experience cannot continue. Please resolve this issue immediately.
