Keter Promised Replacement Parts for My Shed But I Am Still Waiting After a Year

For a year now, my Keter shed has remained empty; the whole experience has been nothing except trouble. They canceled the original date at last minute, hence it took two tries to get it delivered. When it did show up, I discovered two scuffed doors, a damaged roof section, and missing pieces. Mind you, there's nothing heavy on it; the foundation was so thin that it collapsed and I had to strengthen it with wood just to prevent it from breaking again! Keter agreed to replace the broken doors and pieces, but now a year later I still am waiting. Their post-sale treatment is a farce. Though nothing ever happens, they claim they will investigate it. I no longer hope and now view this entire disaster as a costly life lesson. I really am sorry for purchasing this shed.
