Butikenz Took My Money and Stopped Responding After I Ordered a Furniture Set
Early December, I placed an order for a furniture set from Butikenz, hoping it would come within the two weeks indicated. Originally I got a confirmation email, but that was the last I heard from them. I paid in full at the time of purchase. I contacted several times to inquire about the delivery status, and initially they gave evasive responses—claiming supply chain problems-related delays. Then they stopped responding completely. Over three weeks have gone without a single reply or update for my calls or emails. I feel duped and totally neglected. Unacceptable is this degree of service. Avoid Butikenz unless you wish to waste money and cope with constant annoyance.
