On top of that, some pieces vanished, so it took days to reach halfway up. Just as I was about to finish it, a little breeze arrived and in seconds totally wrecked it. The whole thing was lost cause; the frame twisted beyond repair. Seeking a refund, I contacted Outsunny, but instead they offered to provide the missing components.
