Paid for a Butikenz Single Bed, but Never Received It


I ordered a single bed from Butikenz on September 13 and made the payment. A week later, they charged my card again without authorization, so I had to block my card to prevent further unauthorized charges.
Now it’s December 17, and I STILL haven’t received my bed! I’ve been waiting for over three months with no delivery, no updates, and no resolution. Butikenz takes your money but never ships the product.
This is unacceptable! Butikenz, either send my bed immediately or issue a full refund. If you’re considering buying from them, be warned—they take your money and don’t deliver. I demand an urgent resolution to this issue!
