Keter Never Sent the Replacement Part for My Defective Garden Furniture

Last year, I purchased an outdoor table and chairs from Keter; immediately away, I discovered a very clear defect in a somewhat conspicuous area. When I got in touch with Keter, they promised to ship the replacement part right away even though it was out of stock. After eight months fast forward, I still get the same tired justification: "The part is not in stock, but we'll let you know when it is." To be honest, that is somewhat absurd. Their consumer support has been absolutely useless. Long enough, I have been patient; but just now I simply want my money back. I'm done waiting and juggling unfulfilled pledges.
